BUT THEY SAID THERE'D BE CAKE!!!
If you've been reading the Washington Post, New York Times, LA Times, Atlantic, and other establishment media outlets, it's time you stepped away from the table. How many things do they have to say, how many wrong predictions do you have to make, before you finally realize that it's all been a smokescreen; a shiny object to distract you from their own complicity in a system that's rotten to the core with corruption. They are like a restaurant that promises a tasty dessert cake and instead brings you a plate with a wad of frosting every five minutes.
So what's the score now?
They said that a "fringe candidate" could not win a major party nomination
What they really meant was that they needed the Republicans to screw their voters and disqualify Donald Trump like the Democrats did to Bernie Sanders.
They said that without corporate money and heavy ad campaigns a successful presidential campaign was impossible.
What they really meant was that they hoped smarter people would stop caring and stay home and buy into their propaganda. They didn't reckon for the crowdfunding bonanza of Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders.
They said that it was only bullies and trolls that supported opponents of HILLARY.
What they really meant was that if you dared speak out against Hillary, disgusting circus freaks like David Brock and his organizations like Correct the Record and Media Matters would unleash their own troll armies against you.
They trotted out "experts" like discredit Keynesian quackonomist bailout pimp Paul Krugman to predict that the economy would never recover.
And yet now that the DOW is making record highs day after day including the day after his ridiculous prediction they won't stop complaining.
They claimed that their polling model was flawless and HILLARY had an 93% chance of winning.
But they thought she would win Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan, three states that she hardly paid attention to while fainting in public.
And most importantly of all:
THEY CLAIMED THAT A BUNDLE OF SALACIOUS RUMOURS, SLOPPILY EDITED, SLAPPED TOGETHER, AND CALLED A "DOSSIER" WOULD VINDICATE THEIR ALLEGATIONS THAT 2016 WAS RIGGED BY RUSSIA.
Oooohhh what a difference time makes, but plenty knew it from the beginning as shown here by Forbes. So what more credibility do these media gargoyles have? We have come to the point where we should just disown them as the frauds they have always been.

Nate Silver's drunk face should be the new logo of the Democratic Party. |
